Launching soon on iOS. Grounded in CBT and urge-surfing research.

01The urge

An urge lasts about fifteen minutes.

While it's happening it feels permanent. It isn't. An urge rises, peaks, and fades, usually inside a quarter of an hour. So the job is smaller than it looks: hold on to something until it passes.

02The system

Four things, repeated daily.

No willpower theatre. A small loop you can actually keep, rebuilding the reward system that got hijacked.

Good evening,

The daily path

Two minutes in the morning, two at night. Check-ins, short lessons, and a written reflection that stack up.

Have — your AI companion

Trained on recovery science. Awake at 3 a.m., which is when it matters.

I'm about to relapse. Help. I'm here. You reached out, and that already changed the outcome. Sixty seconds, together. Ready?

The Tribe

An anonymous room of people on the same climb. Wins get posted. So do relapses.

Day 90. A year ago I couldn't do three days.

Relapsed last night. Back on day 1 — not day zero.

Anonymous by construction

No real names. No photos. Your data is never sold. Recovery needs safety before it needs features, so we built that part first.

Private by design

You were not built for endless stimulation. You were built to want things slowly, and to notice who is in the room with you. Every urge you surf is wiring changing. It happens quietly, without applause, and it holds.

03The climb

Ninety days, one lantern at a time.

01

The pledge

Hold to commit. Your projected freedom date is set, and the count begins.

07

Sleep returns

The first thing most people notice. Deeper sleep, and mornings that start quieter.

21

Cravings loosen

Urges arrive weaker and leave faster. SOS covers the ones that don't.

45

Focus compounds

Dopamine sensitivity rebalances. Work and people stop feeling flat.

66

The new default

The research number for habit formation. Not watching stops being a fight.

The date havnr projects on day one, with a plan built to reach it.

What day ninety actually looks like.

Not white-knuckling. Not a rule you keep breaking. A system that runs whether or not you feel strong that morning.

04The tribe
Lanterns gathered in a circle around a fire

Every night, someone is awake.

Whatever hour the urge picks, the room is lit. Anonymous, moderated, and built to catch you rather than judge you.

Day 147. Sleeping through the night, and actually present with the people in front of you. The goal
Fifteen minutes of breathing beats fifteen days of shame. The save
At 3 a.m. you can tell Have the thing you've never said out loud. The 3 a.m. moment
A real date on the screen makes it concrete instead of vague. The projection
Relapse in month one? The Tribe is designed to catch you. The catch
A head that's quiet for the first time in years. The finish line
Ten years of willpower against ninety days of a system. The bet

06Questions
Is havnr really anonymous?

Yes. The Tribe is fully anonymous: no real names, no photos, no way to be identified. Your data is encrypted and never sold.

Does this actually work?

havnr is built on established behavioural science: CBT, urge-surfing, and habit-reversal training, which carry the strongest evidence for compulsive behaviours. And we'll be straight with you. We're new, building in the open. No inflated numbers, no fake reviews.

What happens when an urge hits?

Tap SOS. A breathing orb guides you through the peak at four seconds in, six out. It usually passes in about a quarter of an hour. You can also ping Have or your buddy instantly.

How does the free trial work?

Full access for three days, free. We send a reminder on day two before anything is charged, and you can cancel in two taps.

What if I relapse?

Then you're human. havnr treats relapse as data rather than failure. A guided reset helps you log the trigger, adjust the plan, and start again on day one instead of day zero.

Who is havnr for?

Adults 18+ who feel their porn use has become compulsive and want a structured, private, science-based way out. havnr is a wellness tool, not a substitute for professional care.

One lantern lights another.

Nobody starts on a good day. They start on an ordinary one, which is the kind of day this is.
